Our recipe, like any masala chai (see what we did there?) should be, is unique to us and our family. A bit milder than some; Not quite as spicy, but with all the aromatics and sweetness we know and love from a classic masala chai. You’ll find this tea nothing short of heavenly. Pairs well with milk and sugar. For an authentic taste, crush the tea before brewing in a pan of milk and add sugar to taste.
